What should I do if my order has been sent to an incorrect address?Updated 9 days ago
If the order has already been shipped, it is unfortunately too late to change the shipping address. We recommend contacting USPS at the provided number to update your address. Should the USPS attempt a delivery and find the address incorrect, they may return the package to us, in which case we will issue a refund or a reshipment. In the meantime, please provide your correct address so we can update our records. If the package gets delivered to your old address, we advise you to contact the landlord or current residents to have them mark the package 'Return to Sender' (RTS) on the shipping label and send it back to us. We will resend it to your correct address upon receipt with an additional shipping fee.
