We are committed to providing you high-quality nail art products. If for any reason our product fails to meet your expectations, you have 365 days to return unused items for an exchange or refund of the purchase price***.

Our Return and Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through www.maniology.com. If your purchase was through another marketplace, please review that marketplace’s return policy as it may be different.

Items are eligible to be returned or exchanged if they are in their original condition. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Items which are damaged or defective may be returned or exchanged within 365 days. Clearance or Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds require proof of purchase via an order number from our website. ***We are able to accept refund to original form of payment for 120 days. After that, we are only able to refund using store-credit (in the form of an egiftcard to Maniology). Shipping insurance and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER

1. Print out and complete the Return/Exchange Form.

2. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in original packaging if possible) and include the Return/Exchange Form. Shipping insurance and shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

3. Mail returned the package to the address below using a traceable option:

Maniology will handle all returns per the Return/Exchange Form only once it has been received at the facility. On average, it may take us 3-7 business days to process your return. All refunds will be issued back to the originating account minus shipping fee. Return shipping is the responsiblity of the customer. If you received an item in error, please email us for further assistance.
